To Continue, A Day at the Museum........

Ok,Ok.....I give up. I will share a "bit" of what I told the rather rude Arab Merchant. Heads up though.....it's mostly unpronounceable unless you have a Really bad nasal infection. I Will Not share the Really vile things I told him, this being a PG13 Blog and all but it ended and he became quiet and sat down when I quietly said," Rrrushh, Ote Llukk".....hey it's unspeakable in English, but say it like you have a lot of phlegm, and you're close.

What's it mean, you ask? "Silence! I Keel You!". I even threw my eyebrows up and down at him for effect. There you have it, Wollf acting childishly. Sorry.

So, the Bear picture is up because it was one of the few exhibits not completely covered by merchandise. Beautiful creature. Bet he looked a lot nicer when he was alive. Anybody notice the slight resmblance to Frank J's pose over at IMAO? Heh, didn't think so.....

We spent a lot of time in amongst the Bones, Lil' Wolfie has quite the fascination with the fact that a few million years ago, our backyard was the home to Mammoths, Smilodons,(Sabertooths) and Dire Wolves. He was quite surprised when I showed him that the old Sabertooth wasn't the Alpha predator of his time.

It was the California Lion. The fact that it lived at the same time as humans is quite the testament to our persistence at survival. These were Big Cats.....

Anyway, we browsed what we could see of the Museum for about three hours, saw some Belly Dancers.....oh my.....excuse the picture, I haven't gotten my SLR replaced yet, but it gives you the idea.....and we headed out.

We stopped to eat at a little Mexican place called Arturo's right next to some batting cages. Lil' Wolfie had his usual Cheeseburger, ketchup and Mustard Only, thank you very much, and we hit a few dozen balls.

He has absolutely No interest in America's Pastime.....but dammm, the Cub can connect. Anyway, had a leisurely drive back down the coast, stopped a few times to mess around, flatten some quarters on the railroad track and such.

All in all a pretty darn good day with the Cub.
I hope you all have days like that.

Well, except for the Arab. He was a dick.
Later,
Wollf
