When you visit the Lair.....Hell, I never know, and I'm the one that writes or posts all this drivel. As a reminder......I suffer/enjoy TBI induced ADD....well mostly enjoy....and This little spot on the Web is my place.
Today......The Constitution, and don't give me too much crap about it.....I promise I'll become distracted and post some funny stuff later....unless I don't. So here goes........
Our current Democrat run Congress doesn’t hold back from proposing legislation that violates our Constitution. It seems that the 10th Amendment means nothing to them.
President Obamas Stimulus plan and the current push to give Washington, D.C. a voting representative in the House of Representatives are good examples. (Adding a Seat is patently Unconstitutional.)
But they don’t care. “They” are in charge now, and to “them”, the Constitution is a “living” document, to be interpreted only by “them”.
Our Constitutional system is based on Checks and Balances, allowing any two of the three branches of the federal government to keep the third within Constitutional constraints.
And THAT is not happening at the present, because between the Executive and Legislative Branches "they" seem to be in agreement that the Constitution is what “they” say it is.
And “they” seem to think that any powers not given to them specifically are the Federal Governments. Wrongly so........
But there is a fourth check, the States, which also have a Constitutional function.
The States can choose between allowing the federal government to impose untenable conditions on them, at least in the case of the stimulus and over reaching their bounds, if they accept the stimulus money, or to reject it.
These eleven states have the right to and may reject the stimulus plan. And they must. They are declaring their sovereignty.
These states ………….Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas ………… have all introduced bills and resolutions reminding the Federal Government of the 10th Amendment and the Constitutional rights of the states…………..
Which are the rights of the people, by limiting the power of the Federal Government.
The amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The 10th Amendment is one of the Cornerstones to our Union of States………”We the People…..”
Remember?
Well, it looks as though another 10 or so States are getting on the bandwagon. The video below explains a whole lot better than ol’ Wollf can…..so take a couple minutes and watch it…..srsly.
We live in interesting times.......

Its easy to see what that half breed buck toothed douchebag is planning. Elimination of the middle class and a one party system. Just like in Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea. If he persists with this futile exercise, he may end up having a lot in common with Benito Mussolini. I can only hope!
Washington isn't going to reject the stimulus.
I'd be shocked if our idiots in power even pass the bill.
WTB "split CA, OR and WA down the Cascades" bill!
